Volunteer with us
Nothing at Cromer Artspace happens without volunteers. They run the gallery, set up shows, greet visitors, and keep creativity flowing. If you want to make a difference in your town, join the team.
Cromer Artspace exists because people in our community choose to give their time, skills, and energy. We have no paid staff — everything you see, from exhibitions to events to the simple act of opening the doors each day, is made possible by volunteers.
Volunteers are the heartbeat of Artspace. They welcome visitors, help install exhibitions, support artists, run events, keep the building safe and tidy, and make sure everyone who walks in feels at home. Others work behind the scenes on admin, communications, fundraising, or practical tasks that keep the organisation running smoothly. Every role matters, and every contribution makes a visible difference.
Volunteering with Cromer Artspace is a chance to be part of something creative, social, and genuinely meaningful. You don’t need to be an artist — just someone who cares about culture, community, and keeping this unique space open for everyone. Whether you can spare an hour a week or help occasionally, we’d love to have you involved.
If you want to meet new people, support the arts, learn new skills, or simply play a part in Cromer’s growing creative life, join us. Together, we can keep Artspace thriving on the coast.
